Ana-Maria Pascu is a healthcare executive with over a decade of experience in the medical sector. She entered the healthcare industry in 2013 as Hospital Director at Ponderas Academic Hospital, where she led key operational initiatives and managed the hospital’s successful acquisition by REGINA MARIA in 2016.

For the past four years, Ana-Maria has been M&A Director at REGINA MARIA. In this role, she leads the group’s growth efforts through acquisitions, healthcare market analysis, and integration planning. Her work spans the full M&A lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and assessing financial feasibility to managing integration processes and supporting long-term value creation.

Ana-Maria has extensive experience managing complex transactions and contributing to the expansion of one of Romania’s leading healthcare providers. She holds an Executive MBA, strengthening her strategic and financial expertise in executing M&A transactions and driving the expansion of healthcare services.
