He is a CFA charterholder with over 15 years of experience in financial advisory, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), and valuation.
He has a robust background in coordinating complex and competitive M&A processes, as well as providing advisory services in corporate finance and due diligence. His expertise is pivotal in BCR Seed Starter’s mission to support and invest in local tech startups, with a planned investment of EUR 5 million over the next five years.
