Adrian Mihalcea, Senior Manager Deal Advisory Mazars Romania, is one of the speakers of MIRSANU DEALMAKERS SUMMIT 2023.
Adrian is a member of Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA Institute), CFA Society Romania since November 2015 and a student in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) program.
Adrian has significant expertise in due diligence projects, both on buy-side and sell-side engagements, in industries such as real-estate, retail, private healthcare, pharma, wholesale, energy, financial services and courier services. He was exposed also on insolvency and restructuring projects and on financial dispute analysis investigations. Most recent closed deals that he was involved in include: the sale of Regina Maria by Advent International, the acquisition of LaFantana by Oresa Ventures, the acquisition of Noriel by Enterprise Investors, the sale of Provus by Innova Capital.
